Marion,ks | In Kansas they run down the county road right of way. My real gripe is they stick there above ground stuff on the very edge of the right of way I mean in the edge of your field then they hold you resonpsibile if any thing happens to it. REA made my dad pay for a $3000 pole . When they were moving lines a couple of years ago and wanted to move it into the edge of my whaet field from the other side of the intersecton I told them I burn the stubble into the brush in that corner and I was not going to safeguard or pay for there pole they installed it on the other side. The contractors really do not give a hoot what ever is easier for them. | |
