West of Broken Bow | Even when I was a kid my parents had trouble keeping me in shoes. The sides would split out. I always got the widest offered at retailers, but they just weren't wide enough. Still have the same problem when buying shoes to this day. Usually I have to just wait for the leather to stretch.
I've never had custom made shoes before and am considering it.
If you look at the boots I have on now, you can see how my feet have stretched them out. The widest part of my feet stick over the soles. The manufacturer just doesn't offer a size any wider. Their wide isn't wide enough.
Custom made boots aren't cheap, but it looks like that may be the best route. | |
