Well, lucky for me I'm about as far north as you can get and still be in CA. Used to live in house on "Stateline Road", so named because if there had been a yellow line in the middle of the road, that would be the border. When I walked across the road to get my mail, I was in Oregon. But they still wouldn't let me get an Oregon address, lol.

Now I've moved down south, by a few miles. The border has always seemed arbitrary to me, doesn't make sense to have a valley that is basically one region separated into two different states. But I suppose that happens in lots of places.
