south east Indiana | I want to thank everyone who wrote here. I too do not praise or thank God nearly enough. I have NO Doubt in Him, His Love or His Wisdom and Power. The evidence is everywhere. The workings of the natural world leave little doubt in my mind. People will and do disappoint us as we disappoint others. I do not find that as evidence there isn't a God I find that as evidence that His love is Unconditional. Christian people are not perfect they are Forgiven.
We struggle, have heartache, we sin but there is also hope and thankfulness.
I see God most when I am still and quiet. When there are newborn lambs, a pretty sunrise and sunset, sun on a snowy day, a good dog next to willing to do anything I ask, a kind word from a stranger....
There are lots of book out there of people who set out to disprove God and their search led them to Believe. People has recounted their near death experiences and it is amazing the things they say and how their lives change afterward.
I think if we wake up each day thankful it will make a huge difference in our lives. I need to do better | |
