St.Clair Co. IL. | best of luck hope all turns out well for you, I am a few weeks away from my 1 yr. anniversery of having both my knees replaced, glad I did it, feel a lot better now, but do the therapy the doctor tells you to do and if he dont recommend therapy ask him why?
I did it and more, glad I worked through the discomfort, still go to gym three times a week to work on movement final results are worth it. Bob | |
