Mississippi | We've been tempted to dump the fax line/machine, but it came in real handy when my mother-in-law was in assisted living and then as she went into decline and died. A lot of paperwork went back and forth. I suppose from a business standpoint, our little org is expected to have a fax machine, but mostly all I get on it now are mass-mailing kind of stuff for vacation packages and such. Tried eFax several years ago and, as someone noted, it seemed "clumsy" during that trial. At the very least, we dropped the service on it to bare minimum. I think it's $17 a month through AT&T. It's a cost of doing business. |
