I am not you, but this is what we do:

1. Never work on Sunday other than feed animals. Spend the whole day together as a family.

2. At least once a week have a date night. It may be a steakhouse and a movie in good times or bologna sandwich at home, but set the time aside. Its not hard to light candles and talk about what her interests are.

3. I come in and eat dinner with the family 95% of the time. Set a time for dinner and try to stick to it.

4. Communication - if you plan the above and life throws a wrench in it, CALL HER! Communication makes her feel important to you and a part of your work.
