If I had the money right now I would likely give land price a couple of years to settle down some and likely buy. Looking at the world as it currently sits, it's likely a good investment especially if you farm. I don't have the money though. Not having the money brings up the risk of change and making assumptions that today's economics will continue indefinitely. I'd say it's far safer to keep high risk decisions off the table until prices are not at all time highs. Of course 'they' always say it's going higher and I just have no confidence of that in farming.
