| Agree with what your saying. Except I think it is a decision that the ptb have versus market forces working although eventually the market wins. They have the ability to cause high prices across the board with policy decisions. One example would be to quit paying interest on the bank reserves which would cause banks to start loaning more money to the private sector which eventually causes money velocity to pickup. So what will they choose to do is the question. | |
