Brazilton KS |
There was a PS availible, but that is not one. It is a straight 12 speed collar shift gear transmission. Powershift would have a single electric shift lever which goes ahead or back for direction and then clicks right for upshift and left for downshift. The tractor pictured doesn't make a great pan tractor because of the stop-and-grind transmission and because it isn't very heavy as 4wd's go, although this wouldn't be so much of a problem on an 846 because it's not all that powerful either. I'm not looking this up, so I'm sure someone will correct me, but I'd guess about 20,000 lbs and about 250 engine hp. Should be an L10 engine I think.

If it were here and it were a local type tractor I would guess upper $20's or low $30's. Since it has rice tires I'd guess it is somewhere that it will sell quite a bit cheaper....southern tractors seem to have a hard life.
