| I could see one example being. "Prepaid seed to get early order discount". That would explain why you did that if you were audited. Basically to show that there was a legitimate reason for the transaction other than just tax avoidance. Maybe your tax person sees something coming or has seen a specific case where it mattered. Sounds like she may be ahead of most data tax people who are simply just data entry.
