Could make a pretty good case from that chart to simply not sell anything in the harvest glut and sell 10% of your production in each month throughout the rest of the year huh?  I bet that approach as a long-term plan would put to shame any of the talking-head 'experts' without costing a penny.  Spend a little marketing effort on capturing historically good basis opportunities, and then go concentrate on being an efficient producer.
