Midwest | Got a one ring call from the Dominican Republic. I instantly called back and hung up immediately when I figured it out. My phone did not disconnect the call though and I was billed for $288.00. The Phone company is hesitating to delete the bill and I am not backing down by accepting a lower charge. They tried to con me into admitting I did it, but instead had them fill out a scam investigation report . Did anybody ever get scammed like this? If so How did you deal with it? | |
