South of Moline, 67 to NN, West to 56th | I am literally talking interstate highway here.
Ohio and Indiana both have Interstate 80 set up for collecting tolls, I think some states further east do too.
In Illinois and on west there are not tolls, what's the deal, are we Illinoisans just not needing the money and feel gracious ?
I don't like paying tolls like everyone else, just wondering though.
