That is a good article. Thanks for posting it. Only a little over 4 months ago and most likely already forgotten by almost everyone. We are told "things can not happen here" because we are not a Banana Republic. So I wonder what happens to a world superpower when they spend like a Banana Republic for 40+ years? When over a third of every dollar spent is borrowed from others? I think we are going to find out. I do not think it will be a happy ending. John |
