KC, I'm no expert on volume or OI,
may kno just enough to be dangerous.
Lets hope one of the experts will help us out here.
As I understand OI, if the OI increases in a trending mkt,
it is positions in the direction of the trend.
In the case of Wheat - trend is down - so based on your rising OI,
it would be new shorts entering the mkt.
However, Vol was lower as well as range - so sellers were unable to push the mkt lower -
both last week and this week.
This is supposed to be a red flag and maybe a change of behavior in price action,
so I would assume we have a good chance of a turn here.
or maybe it is just a false signal??? Px will tell us.
I may of said just enough to show my ignorance here - so I'll quit now.
