I took some pictures of them after they got across the interstate this morning.  They changed plan even the trooper I visited with was not aware of until this morning.  They blocked off all traffic and went backwards east up the west bound off ramp to a cross over about 1/2 mile, then west to, and off on, the eastbound on ramp.  I got some video of them making the turn and will post it somewhere if I can figure out how.

The lead foreman showed me their permits and they are not complete for CO. He didn't know how they are going.

The route through WY had taken them zigzagging north and south to get here.   Casper, South Pass, Gillette and etc.
