Buxton ND
I was in Duluth the summer of 2005 drove around the grain terminals, massive concrete storage sitting DEAD as a ghost town. No trucks,no vehicles parked outside NOTHING going on. Only thing I found was CHS loading a small ship and the security guard had a cow and I wasn't even close to ship !!!!!

No idea how much spring wheat gets exported though the Great Lakes anymore but with the Canadian crop I would think Thunder Bay Ont would want the action.

Val my local unit train basis is -10 for cash wheat and -65 new crop
-10 I'd say they have trains coming and the weather has generally been COLD
New crop is about normal maybe a tad wide.

Guess right now waiting and hoping for a spring time rally. Or put it in the bins. We need EXPORTS
Need to replace a truck, instead of a tri-axle been thinking for a few months about a nice semi, hop on I-29 and head south wave at the SD producers as that will hurt their basis.

Mr. "O" shutting down the Keystone pipeline DID NOT help and this oil on the rail is a longer term problem for the northern country..........
