The 49 law was stuck in there when it meant something as no one would dare let it happen-it was a pry pole to get or keep things moving. Now? Pffffffft

I get the sense that repub folks are getting really fed up with the TP's obstructionist tactics. I realize it's not just them but it does seem to me that they are playing the spoiler role. It seems hard for a fixed number of representatives to adequately represent a growing diverse population. But I'm not sure throwing more pols in the mix is the answer either.
