| Nothing wrong with annuities from strong companies, one of the good things hides your income until you cash the annuity and all the unpaid tax dollars keep working for you. . But, as my mother found out this year must cash in at age 90 and pay the tax. It has grown to a large amount of money and the tax is major. If the money is moved tax must be paid. She runs her own finances and now thinks she has a way to move it without paying the tax until she is 95. My Mom was a tax person and she hates paying any tax. | |
