Interesting perspective. Can't say I have ever thought of it that way. I assume you are thinking that there is 230k +\- shorts that will get a margin call at 441...or am I missunderstanding. IMHO, If they only have the initial+maintenance in their account, they are over leveraged.....and I have a two word suggestion. Use stops!
