Maybe it's time to do the opposite.

This was the opening sentance of my closing market commentary.

"The headlines are flowing on Wall Street about big crops getting bigger."

Can it be that easy to make money? All you have to do is sell, sell, sell because some article on the 'ol interweb says so. Maybe, are farmers still crazy long physical? I guess I don't know, but the local coop is loading 100 car trains like crazy.

I'm fully aware of global supply, china's games, Fund money flows, and the American farmers inability to raise any crop other than corn or soybeans regardless of how awful their prices are. Save the bearish explanations, I'm just making a one dimensional, simple observation that futures markets rarely make it very easy for very long to make money.

Full disclosure, I don't have the balls to go long paper ahead of this report, still long some physical corn. If I did, I might make a bet on green tomorrow. Then again, I can be a bullish rube farmer, and I'd probably be wrong.
