Dearfield Co. | I love it up there and have tried since the 80s to buy a cash flowing business.My father talked me out of buying the driftwood for $149000 ------the last time I knew it traded was over a million so if I could of made it I could of had a decent bit of equity now.I tried to buy several others as well as buy ground to build lodging on but I found out my axe wasnt big enough.It seems chicago money is whats investing up there now ,where it comes from is anyones guess. | |
