They sent me the baffles and inserts. It was a king sized bed with two separate mattresses. My wife can sleep on the floor but not this mattress. They were very pleasant about wanting to help but it took time before I got my money back. I just talked to my landlord and he and his wife had one for many years and had a celebration burning when they finally bought a different local mattress
