With the the EZ-Guide 500 you can start with WAAS DGPS for a 6-8 in pass to pass accuracy, and if that is not good enough, you can then upgrade to Omnistar for 2-4 inch accuracy. With the EZ-Guide 500, you have a choice of an EZ-Steer 500 with an electric motor drive or an Autopilot with a Hydraulic drive interface. Another benefit of the EZ-Steer 500 is that you can easily (and cheaply) move it to your sprayer and combine. Given a lot of sidehills, there is not much point in better accuracy than Omnistar because your implement will slide downhill, unless you go to active implement steering, If your hills are steep enough and you eventually might want implement steering, then you might want to take a look at the Trimble Autopilot with the Field Manager Display which can run the Trimble TruTracker implement steering system.
