northeastern Ohio		Sounds like you have a virus. There are several viruses out there that prevent you from downloading MS and Anti-virus updates. I run Avast anti-virus and highly recommend it. Try downloading Avast and have it run a scan to see if it can find the virus. The home edition is free. http://www.avast.com/
