The current files can only be read by their OfficeMap software.  The file is encrypted and cannot be read by third-party software.   OfficeMap was probably included with the original purchase.   It can be purchased for $199, or run 12 times in evaluation mode.

For the person below that wanted to read the data from their SiteWinder, the only option appears to be to purchase OfficeMap if you don't have the original copy.
