Agree with the others that the bigger the monitor that you can afford, the better. I'd also opt for an optical mouse rather than the mechanical. I have not missed picking the fuzz out of the ball mice at all.
Other than that, looks like a real hummer of a computer. Should get you by for quite awhile before having to upgrade.
