I always try to be aware of whether I am projecting my thoughts or feelings onto others, IE: thinking they have the same ideals, principles as me. This can lead to trouble. Not only in foreign lands, but also with even my neighbors or business associates. But this is a two edged sword. There are some people who are focused on screwing others, because they feel that the world is out to screw them. Probably a self-fulfilling prophesy. | |
