Although I know some of you do not put much faith in Zero Hedge, this particular comment gives lots of direct quotes from the US Treasury's Office of Financial Research, which might be a more suitable source of information for some.

If someone sees this research brought up or quoted from main stream news agencies, I would sure like to know about it. I would like to know the spin they put on it, as any agency introduces spin depending on the authors position, Zero Hedge certainly doing so. So any other links provided that reference this research would be appreciated.

Seems to me our financial risks have not lessened since the cause of the 2008 meltdown.
