Huntley Montana | So in other words the annual/monthly /what ever payment is $45000 for 10-20 years with a $200,000 "ballon payment" at year 10? As long as the contract was wrote that way it is legal. But if it was wrote that the payments were $45000 Annual/monthly/whatever, with a "ballon payment" on year 20, then he has to wait for year 20. The AGREED on CONTRACT can say anything & be binding as long as BOTH parties AGREED to it at signing. | |
