I do know from the past years CFTC #'s can be off. Reports can to LATE and final #'s can be way OFF in the mornings compared to the 9pm prelim in grains.
2 nite's ago the CFTC report was at least 2 hours late to be released ( I waited up til 11 pm) This goes into my "odd things" memory bank,there has been "odd things" since last Thursday in many different numbers.
Like yesterday trade in beans 15 X the volume done on OTC trade in ZSF them in the "pits"
NOW WTF does someone trade that much OTC trade when they can trade from 7pm to 1:15PM with 45 minutes off for breakfast.
OTC is Over-the-Counter, which is trade that can be done at ANYTIME between 2 willing parties, I read swap dealers all over this but really IDK.................TINK may have some better comments then I on this. | |
