How do you figure it's too close to town? And has KDHE problems from creek? I doubt there are problems, it went through a change of ownership 3-4 years ago, if they weren't compliant, it wouldn't have continued on.
While yes it's at a disadvantage to feed out cattle in Eastern Kansas, that doesn't have much of anything to do with backgrounding cattle. When all 800 lb cattle go 300 miles west.
What's everybody think this place will go for?
