Here are some high level numbers for the southern RRV of MN & ND
Your machinery number would definitely be on the low end for quite a few in the US, otherwise pretty realistic. Dakota's/RRV scale farms tend to be larger than most areas so I suppose possible. I suppose also depends on if you put an opportunity cost against paid for Iron, ect.
