SW KS, near Dodge City | I've got a 1 ton dodge that I'd like to lower the back end on and I don't want to overhaul the suspension on it, just drop the rear by a few inches. Can I change out the blocks between the axle and the springs with a 3/4 ton? Or are they the same height? I'm not even sure what those blocks are called, but they're just a square block of cast between the axle and the springs. The current blocks are about 4.75" and I'd like these to be 3" or so. Does anybody with a 3/4 ton know what their's are? It looks to me like a simple body lift block, but I want to go in reverse.
