Pro's Before harvest the pipeline was running on borrowed fumes, there are alot of unfilled to capacity elevators and few piles, exports since the begining of harvest are close to record pace. E plants are cranking out a strong flow. Cons the Gov. said record acres were planted the Gov. says a record crop was harvested. Is the real reason for the Ethanol mandate change more to have to do with the fact the Gov. knows the corn isnt there so it is a way to ration some of it? At the moment ther is more reason to hold grain than sell!

I think your pretty close on the real reason to change the e mandate.
