ok i think i've fixed the problem.

i went to controll panel-display properties-desktop items (on my system I had to choose customize desktop)

then click the web tab, then under the web pages to display on your desk top it had "security" if you uncheck this and then delete it the razespyware back ground disappered,

You might want to go to a form that helps with Hijackthis logs and have them check your log file.
