| -they just don't know it yet. I've always used the following 2 formulas in figuring what I would pay for land or rent. For rent I look at dec. corn futures and divide by 2 and add or subtract a little for quality, fertility tile etc. today that would put a rental offer from me at $226 (dec.14-$4.52) plus or minus a little. I also use this formula for a purchase- divide current rental rates by 5 percent.( the return I would expect if I choose to rent it out) here's where the diagnosis comes-$226 divided by 5 percent is $4520. Stage 4 cancer patients usually have lost a lot of weight as a symptom. There is always gravitational pull on every market. Nothing can defy gravity forever- it can't and it won't.
