Subject: Intellislope : Drainage Tile Installation Made Easy

If you can drive a tractor then you can install drainage tile! With Gradient’s new Intellislope control system you survey by driving over the area you plan to tile, turn the tractor around and let Intellislope calculate the installation profile. Intellislope controls the grade as you install the tile. Or if you prefer you can operate in grade control mode where you dial in the grade and make grade break adjustments on the fly. Either way the tile location is stored for future reference.

In the past, GPS machine control applications have been the exclusive domain of 1-inch accuracy RTK. Now with Intellislope it is also possible to control your drainage plow with a 3-5 inch accuracy subscription services such as OmniSTAR® HP or John Deere® SF2. Intellislope's patent-pending control algorithms combine the GPS signal, a slope sensor's signal and a model of the drainage plow's motion to produce an estimated position more accurate than that of the GPS signal alone.

Sun refractance, windshield reflections and signal blockages affect laser systems. On a windy day the laser beam bounces under the influence of wind gusts, ending tiling for the day. Intellislope is not affected by these environmental conditions. A fail-soft strategy allows the system to work just from the slope sensor for short periods and thereby holds grade through intermittent loss of GPS.

For more information visit http://www.intellislope.com/ or call us at 888-764-5629. A video is available by phone or on the website. Intellislope sells for $6995 or less than a laser machine control system if you already have a GPS subscription service such as OmniSTAR® HP, John Deere® SF2 GPS, or RTK GPS.

We will be exhibiting the Intellislope system at the National farm machinery show in Louisville February 13-16th. We are in the Soil-Max Gold Digger Tile plow booth in the West wing at booth 5052A.
