A quarter of good dirt by Dilworth, MN sold for $6,600. Bought by Appert from C ND.
A bit lower than recent sales but still plenty high given the sugar beet deal ($4 corn for that matter too) and the fact that principal, interest, and taxes are approx $260/acre/year. And that's only borrowing $3,000 (5%/20 yr amort).
