I have that problem (sticks getting caught in the pre cleaner) with ours big time. So stupid and upsetting. Carry a 4'X 4' sheet of plywood on the service truck to put over the chaffer so I can lay on it and clean the sticks out every so often. Found that to be easier than taking the black doors off especially on the right side.
