Eastern Iowa | I was walking out of the shop tonight and I noticed some stuff in the barrel that my dad had tossed in. On top was a "Best of Farm Show" magazine from 1990 that he must have found in the bottom of one of the drawers there. I grabbed it, wondering if the guys 25 years ago had the same sort of hair brained inventions that the guys in the current editions do, and there was some of that. But there was also stuff in there that turned out to be pretty commercially viable as well (I'm sure all these farmer inventors profited handsomely from their inventions, aren't you?). These are just some of the items from one "Best Of" issue of Farm Show. Maybe I shouldn't be laughing at the stuff I find in there?
