Had to drive 200 miles out to a customer to prove to him that it was an optical illusion as others have said, he was so positive that something was wrong with his sprayer that he would not walk behind it to look at the pattern until I was there. Expensive lesson learned.

My sprayer did the same i bought a calibration jug and checked each section.
