Yes you can, then you can collect whatever subscription fee from fellow neighbors. All you will need is a starfire ITC receiver and activated to sf2/rtk ready.
You can then use the secure network settings to enter in the serial number of the starfire receivers you want to be able to use the signal from your base station.
Did you plan on having one permanent secured base station location with the antenna on a tall pole or grain leg?
