Subject: everyone needs to read this quote of Von's

Pittsburg, Kansas

"Like most things it's in a policy paper first as a suggestion, then quietly placed into an act or bill then slowly rolled out and tested to gauge reaction of the public. If there is little blowback it gains traction and how rights are slowly eroded away over time.  "

Never truer words spoken. How many times over the years have we heard "Oh don't worry we are not enforcing that". Or "we are not applying that to farmers". Only to find out a few years later, yes they now are or "such and such organization sued the name your regulatory agency and forced them to apply the law in ways legislators never intended".

Had Hitler made all his changes all at once would the German public thought he a lunatic and balked? But everything he did was legal by German law and done in the name of the motherland, steadily sucking the public in to his madness.

Scary thoughts in todays age in the USA.

John
