Solve your problems with Word.....use Word Perfect...lol
Seriously I have never been a Word fan, seems to always have gremlins in the formatting. Unfortunately with everyone else using it, I have to from time to time, especially working on group projects. I have not noticed 2007 to be any worse than earlier versions though, can't be of much help there.
