I'm beginning to think my scales are stuck. I can't seem to lose anything for longer than a day if that!! I've been dealing with a cold this past week & didn't think I was eating that bad but the scales said I was in the same spot I was last week & the week before that & the week before that!! Oh well...this is a new week so I will just keep walking every day & eating as well as I can. At least I haven't gained anything!! mrs t-boss
