5 year average going ahead....?

impossible to guess and anything we say would be a guess. Who would have guessed correctly what our last 5 year average would have been if asked this same question 5 years ago.

Anyway my guess is just a guess like everyone else. Even though I have been bearish the corn market this year and am 100% + sold for awhile I am going to go on the high side of guesses.

I am going to say $5.50 + and $14. I think grains are going to be like gas. A few years ago most thought and said when gas got over $3/gal that it could never stay there but now we rejoice when gas goes down to under $3.50. I never bought into the theory of a new price plateau but the longer the price stays up here (and yes I am considering $4.50 up here) the greater the chance is that we have reached a new plateau. Doesn't mean we will not go sub 4 at some point but I think it will not stay there for years.
