Northwest Iowa | So far this year, I have canned 54 Quarts of lime pickles, 37qt of Bread and Butter, 99 qt of corn, 54 1/2 qt of green beans, 90 qts of whole tomatoes, and 123 qts of tomato juice. As I type this, I have 4, 5gallon pails of tomatoes waiting, a bushel of beets in waiting, and several bushels of carrots in the wings. We have 3 grandkids living with us, so hence the huge garden.
