ricksitzmann - 9/15/2013 15:14 I have been thinking about putting up a shed to finish my steers with. I am tired of fighting snow, mud, or both. I do not like monoslopes and am not completely sold on hoop barns. Garvo's sheds have merits to them but I would like a little more protection from snow-wind. I like the concepts of feeding in an open front building with open lots (not sure of what else to call them). Seems as if I have only seen a few of them and wonder why they aren't more popular. If I were to put something like this up I feel I could do 90% of the work and do it reasonably cheap. I would start with a 100head building and if I liked them would go to maybe 350-450 head
